Invoice: The invoice will send to you by email after cases send back

Statement: Monthly statements will be sent out on the last day of each month

Payment Terms:TT in advance, Pay upon receipt of parcel, Weekly pay, Monthly pay (Next 15 days from statement date)or no more than $5000.

Warranty: Justcon dental lab guarantees its work for 2 years for fixed restoration and 1 year for removable restoration against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Remake policy
Cases can be remade or repaired for free due to defects, mistakes by lab except under the following circumstances:
1. Margin Die or impression has been inquired; however the dentist or lab approved and requested completion of the case
2. Change shade, change material, change design or instruction that is different from the original request
3. The teeth are re-prepped.
4. All remakes must be accommodated with the original case, otherwise will be charged as a new case.
